Gamble Responsibly
at kc999
Keep entertainment enjoyable — kc999 is committed to keeping you in control of your play.
Why is Responsible Gambling Important?
Online casinos and betting are primarily a form of entertainment. For some people, however, it can become an addiction that negatively affects their financial, family, and mental life. kc999 believes that entertainment should always be enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way.
The opportunity to play on our platform is only for those who see it as a form of fun — never as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. At kc999, we give you the tools and information to keep you informed and safe.
On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, take a break when needed, use self-exclusion, and contact our support team if problems arise. Remember — asking for help takes courage.
Core Principles
- Only players aged 21 and above may play
- Never bet more than you can afford
- Do not keep playing to chase losses
- Do not play under the influence of alcohol or substances
- Do not treat gambling as a source of income
- Taking a break is completely normal
Our Protective Tools
kc999 gives you several effective tools so you can always stay in control of your play.
Set Deposit Limits
You can set your own maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; requests to increase a limit take effect after review.
Session Time-Out
Automatically log out after a set period of time. You can choose a time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks, during which you will not be able to access your account.
Self-Exclusion
Choose self-exclusion for a long-term break — from 6 months to permanent. During this period your account will be closed and no promotional communications will be sent to you.
Bet & Transaction History
View a detailed history of all your bets, wins and losses, and deposits and withdrawals. Understanding your own spending patterns is the first step toward responsible gambling.
24/7 Support
kc999's support team is always ready to help with any issue. Contact us via live chat or at [email protected] — assistance is available in both Bengali and English.
Minor Protection
kc999 strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Identity verification is mandatory at registration. If any minor is found to have registered using false information, their account may be closed at any time and deposited funds may be withheld.
Assess Yourself
Ask yourself the following questions. If one or more answers are "yes", you may need help.
Questions About Your Behaviour
- Do you keep playing to chase your losses?
- Do you spend more time or money than you planned?
- Do you feel restless when you cannot stop playing?
- Do you hide your gambling from family or friends?
Questions About the Impact on Your Life
- Is gambling affecting your work or studies?
- Are you borrowing money to fund your gambling?
- Are you skipping essential expenses to gamble?
- Do you feel depressed or angry when you lose at gambling?
If one or more of the above questions apply to you, please contact the kc999 support team right away or activate self-exclusion.

Build Healthy Gambling Habits
Before playing at kc999, set a budget — use only the amount you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. Before each session, also decide on a time limit in your mind.
Remember, there is no guaranteed winning strategy in casino and slots games over the long term. Every round is independent and random. Expecting big wins by following a "system" or "pattern" is not realistic.
The same principle applies when betting on cricket — outcomes are never certain. Avoid placing large bets out of emotion or to chase losses.
Talk openly with family, friends, and people you trust. If you feel gambling is taking up too much space in your life, taking a break is the wisest thing to do.
Responsible Player Checklist
- Set a budget before each session
- Set a time limit and use a timer
- Do not place more bets emotionally after a loss
- Withdraw some winnings after a win
- Do not play under the influence of substances or when tired
- Review your transaction history regularly
- Take at least one completely gambling-free day per week
Age Verification & Minor Protection
kc999 is only for individuals aged 21 and above. Age and identity are verified at registration. If anyone registers with false information, their account may be closed at any time and deposited funds may be withheld.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, use a password or parental control software on your device. Never share your kc999 account details with anyone.
If you suspect that someone in your home or close to you is gambling despite being underage, contact [email protected] immediately. We will act quickly while maintaining confidentiality.
21+ Only
Registration and eligibility to play at kc999 applies only to Bangladeshi citizens aged 21 and above.
